Dr Daniel Oloo Ong’ong’a earned his PhD at the Communication University of China. He received his MSc in Communications Studies and BSc in Communications and Public Relations from Moi University, Kenya. Daniel also holds a post-graduate project planning and management diploma and a higher diploma in ICT4D from Mount Kenya University and the Institute of Advance Technology, respectively. He has previously held appointments at various INGOs to spearhead information media literacy in Kenya.
