Richard Addy is the Co-Founder and Director of AKAS, a multi-award-winning international audience strategy consultancy. AKAS provides advice on impact strategies, audience-based strategies, corporate narratives, and research to leading organisations such as The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, BBC News, The Guardian, WarnerBros, The World Bank Group, The OECD, and the IMF.

Ojoma Ochai is the Managing Partner of the Creative Economy Practice at CcHub, which has a mission to stimulate innovation and technology application to catalyse African creative economy growth.

Thoko Moyo is a leadership and communications expert. She is a proud African and her early research and ideas about how to shift harmful narratives about Africa, while working at the Ford Foundation in New York, are what led to the creation of Africa No Filter.

Lindiwe Mazibuko is a public leader, speaker, writer, and academic fellow. She is a co-founder of Apolitical Academy Global and CEO of Futurelect, a movement to support a new generation of ethical public leaders in Africa.

George Gachara is a creative industries expert, arts manager, and founding partner at HEVA Fund. He is leading the development and business exploration of the creative industries in East Africa and is providing leadership in creating long-term economic and cultural value in this dynamic sector.
