Victor leads grants management and oversees the narrative change ecosystem building programs at Africa No Filter. Prior to joining ANF, he was an Arts Program Manager at the British Council and has held senior positions in the Nigerian Arts and Culture Council.
Cathy Khattar

Cathy is an experienced grant manager and financial expert. She joined AFAC in 2012 and has been responsible for grant management at AFAC. She completed her studies in Economics and worked as the financial coordinator at ASSABIL - Friends of Public Libraries Association - a non-governmental organization established in 1997 to establish and promote public libraries in Lebanon and has been an active member of the association.
Paul Nwulu

Paul Nwulu is a strategic communication consultant and content creator. For 8 years, he worked with the Ford Foundation as a grantmaker supporting the production and dissemination of media content that drove social change in West Africa.
